Medical/Health Insurance help?

Question: I am moving to Oklahoma in July on a soccer scholarship, I currently live in the UK and benifit from the NHS. I am unsure about where to start to get covered for my health. Do colleges provide a basic helath plan?? Is it illegal not to have insurance?

Many colleges do, I would ask a student counselor about those services.. It is only illegal to not have car insurance.
