How bad is Bush's new plan to fight global warming?

Global warming is not man made despite what Al gore says
Instead of asking how bad it is why not how good it is. Your way is negative.
he's from a long line of oil men- how good could his plan be, especially considering that he and many other repub nutjobs denied climate change is even occurring up until VERY recently?

p.s. KUJIGAFY- rest assured...if the sun were the problem, mr. bush would invade the moon.

that's a crock. He's done more for the environment than anyone else. Global Warming is Gore's baby, or should I say Rosemary's baby? It's a farce to keep you captivated submissive and alarmed!
Any plan to counter "global warming", or "climate change", or whatever the PC term is now, is futile. Humans have no power to alter the climate.
