Anyone know of a good affordable health insurance plan for a 32yr single male who visits the doctor often?

A lot depends on why you have to visit the doctor so much. An earlier answerer was right in that group health plans might be the way to go because you are more likely to be accepted and the rates would be lower than a personal policy. If you can’t find insurance through work, I’d talk with local health insurance agents. They probably hear and answer your question a few times a week. As for the type of health plan you want, if you have a personal physician you like and trust you knows about your condition, then I would probably stay away from HMOs unless he works with one. PPOs might be the way to go.

try einsurance .com...they have lots of plans.
you are probably going to have to get coverage through an employer (whoever you work for). If you go to the doctor a lot then you are not going to be accepted on an individual plan.
