Are there health risks associated with "fat blocker" weight loss plans?

Question:
I'm not asking whether they work, just if there are known risks associated with them

Answer:
Any interference with the body functions has inherent risks in the procedure.

Eat only when hungry and not more than three times a day with nothing, except water, in between. Take plenty of uncooked food, vegetables and fruits, preferably 50%. Chew each morsel 32 times to activate ur body system to signal hunger and fullness.

Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a day.

U will achieve much more than what u r planning to do and that too in a reasonable period. Do not be in a hurry.
you mean the risk of anal leakage and losing control of your bowels isn't enough for you?
Aside from the obvious, you're almost certainly going to have deficiencies of fat soluble vitamins.

Also, you can't stay on the plan forever. What happens when you go off, if you haven't modified your evil eating and couch slacking ways?
