You could start excersizing [spelling XD] now, like, taking it slow then speeding up. uhm. taking it slow is like, just walk and lift like medium or light dumbells, then start running. and you can eat lighter, not less. but don`t strave yourself cuz it slows down your metabolism, which will make you lose weight a lot slower, and if you want chocolate, there 100 calorie chocolate :DD it tastes super good and sooo chocolatey :]]
A healthy diet and exercise will do the trick. Just make sure you actually follow It and do not quit when you do not lose as much weight as you'd like. It will take time but If you stick to a healthy diet and exercise often the weight will come off.
Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing other than water in between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%. Chew each morsel at least 32 times to activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals.

Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a day.

U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time. Do not be in a hurry.
