Fans of nationalized health care in the US: what do you think?

Question:
Foreign doctors in Great Britain become terrorists. An estimated 20,000 health care professionals were brought into GB to fill shortages. There is no shortage of people in GB. Why do they have shortages in the health care field. Could it be the government-mandated low wages?

Answer:
Putting the bloated, divided, inefficient, bumbling, bureaucratic, political behemoth of the federal misgovernment in charge of anything scares me, especially when it involves the health and welfare of millions of Americans. Just look at what a great job they've done with the war on poverty, the Dept of Energy, Education, IRS, and so on. See what a hash they have made of medicare and other federal interventions (Katrina relief?). Sorry, I can't get excited about the prospect of "nationalized" health care.
Everywhere that national health care is there are problems. Like months to get in to see a doctor. I've even heard," you are too sick to be worth the cost" and they just let you die. Sounds like a plan.
It's those that want everything to be equal. It will never happen.
