If we ever get universal health care what will happen to the immigrants?

what do you think the guidelines should be for immigrants who come over here?
..if us americans one day have universal health care. i hope one day it will pass.

I have learned that you get what you pay for! Immigrants get what we legal Americans pay for. I am a registered nurse, I feel it is unfair to the legals who pay taxes and medical expenses for illegal immigrants to expect us to pay for them, which is what we are doing with our TAX MONEY
If we get universal medical insurance for all who walk in the hospital/doctors office door, then the type of medicine will be lower, the doctors will lose interest, and we will get inattentive care. Those wealthier, will have a supplement which the doctors will be more interested in. This is what we do in UK.
My son is returning to the States in September, and he will start his own business, he says he will not buy medical insurance, UNTIL HE STARTS EARNING, he never gets sick, he says. So if an accident happens, hit n run, and he has no insurance, he will owe thousands of dollars, and he will HAVE TO PAY, LATER, BECAUSE HE IS AN AMERICAN CITIZEN. I hate to see me paying for illegals and my own son cannot get the same as the illegals. Can you see my point???
America doesn't care if you live, just that you pay taxes.
Don't hold your breath waiting for health care here.
Oh, and the immigrants...they'll just keep getting screwed like they do now.
