What Is A Fair Price? Home Health Care?

Question: Hello, I looking into working for Home Health Care here in Maine. I have a residential care specialist certificate and cpr traning and worked for a year in a nursing home. I have heard of people making $20.00 an hour (private care,not through HHC) Should I put $20.00 an hour for my pay on the application?does that sound fair.
