I think you are referring to universal healthcare of which so far, I've read many different plans. I haven't found one that is free healthcare for everybody. Most are trying to find ways to make healthcare more affordable to the middle class.
As far as long lines, etc... I'm with the ppl that say they would rather stand in lines the die from not getting treated.
Hillary Clinton, as well as Barrak Obama support socialized medicine. And yes, mommy will be paying much more in taxes to support this scheme.
Your mother is absolutely right - Canadians have to wait in long lines - not actually standing - but are on a list as to when they can be serviced. Many come to the United States for the Surgeries. Our Taxes will SKY ROCKET - We will have to foot the bill on every American who needs surgery - Do you know how many thousands get surgery in a year?
