Does anyone know of any online cake decorating courses?
Question:
i am a s.a.h.m and would like to know how to decorate cakes properly.I have done lots before for friends and family etc but would like to attempt thing like wedding cakes ,christening cakes etc made to order.I am looking for a good online cake decorating course or similar.
Please can you help me achieve this

i am a certified Wilton instructor along with associates in baking and patisserie arts. and cake decorating can be difficult to learn. as far as i know of there are no on-line course. i know you can order books. i have a cake supply store. so i can order in books or videos that teach how to cake decorate. if this helps or you want any of the books just email at chef_ang@hotmail.com please make sure to include in the subject what you are looking for.
