Employers, What Do You All Think Of Degrees From Online University? Please Respond?

Thanks for looking. I am thinking of attending an online university such as Devry, or University Of Phoenix, and was wondering what you all think? Would you treat the degree the same way you would from a traditional college? Are there any online colleges you reccommend, or college that has online courses? Please post your thoughts. Thank you

I have thought of doing this too.I think you need to talk to friends that actually have done this before, you jump off
into the unknown.Most Colleges are probably legit but, what
about the price?Some maybe too high so are a rip off.
Investigate before you sign the dotted line.Good Luck.
You need to be a good Typist and have a fast equip Computer.May need to purchase programs.

Personally, no I don't view them the same as a traditional degree. They aren't credentialed the same way as colleges are and they aren't as monitored. There are plenty of colleges who offer weekend courses, or night course, tailored to the working folks that you can look in to. Devry is typically a trade school so that is a different field all together. And with the rash of "fake" colleges out there and places where you can purchase a diploma you have to be worried about the legitimacy of the degree.
