My boss was in a car accident where he hit another car, and because it was his fault he is going to get points on his driving record for careless driving. He asked if I know any place he could get the driving course online. So I told him blockbuster has it. So I come in my office the next day, and the cd was sitting on my desk with a note that reads " Can you please do this for me and put the results on my desk." What would you do??
Answer:
Your boss is an adult (I'm assuming) and has to learn to take responsibility for his actions.
Just nicely let your boss know that YOU doing the work for him isn't the right thing to do. Your boss will not gain anything from it.
Why do you have to suffer through it? Will you get paid extra? That is not is your job description, is it??
UHHH...No you shouldn't, he should show responsibility and be a man and do this without you, but, if you do what is the pay?
Well, if you don't do it, things will probably get pretty tense between you and your boss unless your relationship is such where you can tell him NO and he would understand.
It's a tough call.
