university of phoenix is an excellent choice. lots of campuses across the country and plenty of choices
CTU Online it is 100% online and you only have two classes at once and you can get a BA in less than two years plus they take all of your credits from the military. I was even able to continue education in Iraq.
I've heard that Excelsior is a diploma mill. They just give degrees for military experience (which is training, not education). Talk to your command. They can point you in the right direction. It'll make them look good if you start working toward a degree, so they'll be more than happy to help.
plenty of bona fide brick and mortar colleges have Online courses available. the key is to find a college that is accredited nationaly. Check with your Education office on base, they will have resources availble to you.
