The sonics my team for 13 yrs now?
Question:
Answer:
cuz hes on a not so good team. (no offense)
if he made a move to a playoff contending team. yes he would have lots of publicity. but not so much now. i think he is a the most underrated player in the NBA.
Well, Lewis could have been GREAT if put in the right system and on the right team, his stock was really high when the Sonics were winning not too long ago, but you lost your coach and that was the end of that. Lewis is an amazing talent and will be the pick up everyone wish they should have gotten, and whether he decided to go or not.. that all depends on whether he is ALL about the money, or if he wants to go to a contender. He looks like he is better off leaving considering Seattle hasnt really gotten it right since the Payton and Kemp era.
actually,,im a big fan of seattle, but it doesnt mean i am one sided. of course lewis is playing a big role for seattle, his long leg and arm,the ability to leap, the perimeter shots, he has it all man but allen is still the captain(no doubt) coz its unquestionable, allen can fill the slots for seattle and oh, the big numbers he contributes to the team. He's still the former king of 3point shoot-out
When NBA gurus talk about the ideal small forward, Rashard Lewis is the guy they point to. He's a fabulous player who does everything with ease. Unfortunately for the Sonics, he'd probably be better off somewhere else. The Sonics are in disarray and Lewis is at a point in his career that he's ready to be a contributor to a winner. If he goes free agent, he'll truly be considered one of the real prizes out there, and many teams will actively bid for his services.
