My friend wants to do an ATC course online. But she doesn't know which is the best university to apply to. Does anyone have any idea? Or, are there any other good teaching certification courses avalaible online?

Interesting question. I was going through an Intern Program getting my cert while teaching here in California. It's a hard way to go because interns get the worst schools because teachers who have picked up a year or three of experience leave pretty pronto to better schools which want the experience.
Getting your cert BEFORE going into teaching is a good idea. I'll be watching to see if people with the experience you are seeking post here. Good Luck!
