Sorry sweetie, I dont think there is a thing as online babysitter courses. Babysitting is something where you GAIN experience from, not GAIN from a book. What you could do is volunteer with a women's and children shelter. The women at the shelters need someone to watch their children while they look for work and while they take classes to better themselves. You can gain the experience you need and use the shelter as a reference.
I've never heard of that before, sorry honey. Is it the money you are worried about? You could always volunteer somewhere to gain hands-on experience - I realize this will not give you your babysitting certificate but you gain a lot of knowledge you'd be surprised. Good luck.
