Are there any good, free online writing courses?

I'd like to take a course in literary writing, however I don't have the money to go back to college and there doesn't seem to be much available here in Spain, in terms of workshops.
Are there any *good*, trustworthy free Internet sites with this sort of thing, or am I just dreaming?
