Yes the one that is the lowest cost and the best is below. You have a choice of signing up 100% online and no book or 1 book and 100% online. I suggest doing it 100% online option as the book is not really necessary and the cost is lowest on the Internet.
Real estates agents are already getting a bad rap right now. Why would you want to worsen it by getting your credentials 'online'. Everyone knows anyone and there mama have become agents in the past 5 years. Here in CA there are 1 agent for every 5 people. I sugggest at least going into a live class for certification.
I took both real estate sales & Broker class in person. I just learn better in a classroom situation. Yes, I passed both NJ exams the 1st time
Consider your local market before getting into real estate work. Many major metros are hemmoraghing agents , because no homes are selling or they are selling very slowly. Getting online training may save you some money, but you will still need to pass the local exam.. It's your call.
