Free, online highschool courses anywhere in Canada?

Question: Im looking around for free online schooling, so I can upgrade and become a Conservation Officer. Also, what colleges/ universities are out there for C.O. courses?

There are tons of online schooling courses, and the only cost is the computer bill. :) What is a Conservation Officer? Probably most colleges will have this course.
