IM THINKING ABOUT TAKING A ONLINE CLASS TO GET A DRIVERS PERMIT BUT DOES ANY1 KNOW IF IT COST TO TAKE THE PERMIT TEST(IN THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA)

Answer:
To the best of my knowledge, it DOES NOT cost to take the test itself. When you pass and get your learners, however, you will be asked to submit $10 or so...
If you fail, you simply have to wait until the next day to take it... but, you DO NOT pay unless you pass.

I don't think it cost for the test itself. The cost comes when you pass the test to recieve your permit. The permit is the cost.

I'm pretty sure the test costs something. Google "California DMV" and check.
