Is there an online or correspondence course for a practical nurse to become a registered nurse?

I have not known of one that is solely online or through correspondence. Nearly half of your time will be spent in clinical settings, so I do not think you will find that. Honestly I hope you don't find that. Sorry but I think that part of your education is to important to use a distance learning for. Good Luck
