Are there any reputable online web design courses?

Question:

I want to learn some of the basics of web design and don't know where to start.

First Create your page design in photoshop

if design is good and all color fit

then goto html

create one html file name it index.html create one folder name this images

Create inside image folder one css file

if you dont what is css

try to archive with html
they try to css

In Side html file create one table
step by step crop image form photoshop file and fit in html file
try to achive your page less image

I know you can not understand above easily

but firt try in photohop
then html

control all the text from css
