Should I take a Texas defensive driving course online instead of in a classroom?

Question:
Websites like http://www.afuntimetrafficschool.com... offers courses in online, classroom and a DVD course. Which is easier?

Answer:
There are benefits to each side. Online classes allow you to take advantage of timing and availability. Classroom classes allow you to take advantage of being able to pool from other peoples experience and stories as well as ask the teacher direct questions. I think if you have the time to spare that taking the class in a classroom enviorment would be a more beneficial experience.
No,hands on is the best type of learning
online is easier
easier it is because you can cheat on line and that is not advisable
I would take it in the classroom because you would probably get more hands on experience and if you had a question, you could ask it right away instead of having to wait up to 24 hours or not be able to ask at all.
Seems to me that a hands on course would teach you a lot more.
u learn more and can pass the test better if you actually go to school. if you do it online you have to do more studying to make sure that u know everything
easier is not always better. You need to check with your insurance company and local DMV to see if they recognize online or DVD courses. Many states do not, and you are just wasting your money.
Either online or DVD is going to be easier, also having the comfort of being able to take it from your home. Though you will not learn as much as taking in a class room setting.
My choice would be the Texas Defensive Driving Course at Blockbuster stores for rent. It's easy and is not too expensive - and a lot less time-consuming than the classroom courses!
Trust me on this one. A class room is alot more interesting than a dvd course. You will not be able to cheat the dvd, so dont think it will be easy. Take Texas defensive driving course. You wont regret it. Besides, most the time, its a free lunch.
I found the online training was much less boring and could be started and stopped when I had time to concentrate on it.
ONLINE is so much easier. Most sites will let you go at your own pace, doing one section at a time. You don't have to sit for hours and hours at a time and you have a week or so to complete all sections.
I would say it's a matter of preference. Believe it or not, the classroom course actually takes less time, but the online one can be taken from the comfort of your own home. Which you pick should be determined by whether you want to "get it over with quick" (classroom) or "do when you feel like it." (online)
if your intent is to dismiss a ticket or lower insurance then online is the best way to go since it is most convenient.
Online! I did and it was great. Took my time with all the questions and did what they asked. Got 97% Good luck!
If you have to opportunity to take it online I would, it would be easier and you can finish at your own pace.
Classroom is better since it is hands on but the DVD or online is more convenient. I would do the DVD if you are too busy to do the classroom.
Well I think that taking a course in a classroom would be better beacuse you get the materials need to search a question or something but online you have to search alot just to find one thing.
Either method of taking a defensive driving course is equally acceptable. The only real question is which method helps you learn and retain information. In general, the on-line method is better in that you are forced to participate 100 per cent and are more likely to retain more information. The class room participation method is easier and with a good instructor effective.
Recommendation, Get on-line and get it over with.
do the DVD!!
I think through previous experience especially something physical .You should do it hands on.
