Go to the Yahoo search engine or Google search engine and type in the type of school and also insert online. Remember this requires hands on, so they may not have one. Check on line with EDU.GOV always check the *www.edu.gov* to see if the school is accredited!!

i am not sure about the "eng. for a gulf national" part but there is a home study course that i took that is a college accredited course through education.com. it is a very good a/c, heating and refridgeration course. it cost about $800.00
