Free online course that give you a degree/certificate?

Question: i want to learn some sort of online courses wheather they be on computers or health or human development. but at the end i want to earn a certificate or degree of some sort recognizing that i have done this course. i know nothing is for free, but education is somewhat.

Answer:
AIU Online you can get a diploma but you'll have to pay for it.(and go to classes of course)
