I want to change to an all raw diet but I need education, is there an online course that I can take?

First, go to the website or consult with your local community health department dietician/nutritionist department to get the facts based on medical science and firsthand experience.
Then visit a local health food store that is known to be reputable...they will point the way.
I suggest going to Borders and buying a book. I saw several on the subject the other day.
