There are plenty , a good google search will pull all of them up but just to name a few for now ( I will post back later with more )
www.cplusplus.com ( they have a tutorial on c++ obviously )
if you do a search on google for bruce eckel - he is a very good programmer and he has pdf tutorials with source code on java and c++
As for visual basic ( depends which version of vb are you talking about ) If it is vb 6 then take a look at these :
