yes i do. to contribute to this, i spend time with my family and talk to them about random things. it just make things a bit better and also, understanding is the key part. in order to acheiev joy peace and harmony, you have to understand one another... yeeeh.. wow... that was deep.

mine everyday is a challenge as well i got 3 teenage boys n they like to fight school is startin wednesday n i cant wait i am bored alot n i need to work out more so i need to get off my butt when they go back n work out n get a hobby
in always looking for joy but it keeps running awway harmony well i cant hold a tone family unit wishi had one to share it with looking for all the answers but cant find them

i think that if everything and everyone was in complete harmony and peace, the world would be pretty boring...but that's just me.
i am really interested for my own peace of mind...but i find it so difficult to get it in my daily routine boring life!...im am planning to start meditation...atleast daily i can get few hrz of peace.
just bee ur self and don't let the world get u down. i find going home and becoming naked is good. because u get ride of all that labeling **** man puts on cloths.and when friends come round they ether go naked or i have some old sacks they can wear.it's amazing how they change there stuffiness when u take the posh and expensive cloths and watches of them. give me a call and let me know how its going.
