I am in Jerusalem and want to do online degree course on counselling, how should I go about it?

Since 2004 I have been trying but most of the courses proposed are for American citizens as they ask for the ZIP code I can provide. I am a religious student from Africa studying in Jerusalem.

Check out MIT . EDU. That's the best online degree program, but you will have to make arrangements with them for credit courses.

Try American Intercontinental University.

I am doing a BA Management with them and could not be happier with the classes, teachers, staff, and online support.

Check out the Free University system. They are based in a number of EU countries with multiple language capacities...if you are able to function in say German, French, Dutch.
