The truth of the matter is this.
Spammers often fake E-mail information when they send stuff out.
Prime example is they will fake the date to some far future date. They do this so that their spam ends up on the top of your E-mail list. (That is if you have your E-mail sorted to latest E-mails first)
Another thing they will do is steal peoples Email addresses, and fake the Email headers to appear as if they came from that stolen address. Also, they will use that address was the reply-to address also.
If you get a ton of undeliverable emails all of a sudden, this means that someone decided to use your E-mail address to send the spam out under your good name.
Is there anything you can do? no.
They did not hack your account.
You will not see 1 million sent emails on your account, because they did not send them from your account.
All you can do is just have to ride the storm out.
They will only do it once, because your Email address will more then likely be blacklisted on many servers. And that is no good for the spammers. They will just use someone Else's email address on the next batch of spam.
change your email address or change the password

Hi - you either have a worm or similar which has cloned your address book, or these are just spam mails. Ive had LOADS of these, saying about mail demon, undeliverable etc and its just spam mails, getting you to open them and then the spammers can see your emails is valid and send you more stuff! I think this is the most likely as your SpyBot etc has come back clear. Just keep deleting the mails you dont know the recipient of and hope it clears soon. Mine only last a week or so, then got the usual viagra etc ones. :O) Hope this helps, Bex xx
