i am an indian. i want to settle in usa. i am a 10+2 (subjects:physics, chem, biology, english, bengali) passed in 1994, i want to do usa degree in information technology from usa university staying in india. is it possible? please help / guide me.

Look at University of Maryland University College. (UMUC). They have several degree programs in IT that you can do worldwide. There's also an Asian division and a European division. The tuition isn't very high and the professors are good.
