a friend recieved an order by the courts to go to dui shool for her wrong doings. she heard she could take the course online. now mind you this will be her second time at this. the class is the same as last because, there were others in there for there first,second,and third time. also if so will it hold up as a real certificate? well will u recieve one first? ty.
Answer:
She should check with the court, that's the only way to tell.
Each state has different ways of going about this. I do believe if it was her second offense though, she would not be able to take an online course.
