What is a good online course for real estate that will show me well? including how to do the paperwork and all

Question:

I would like to find a website that`ll give me the online courses for my texas real estate preparation, but i also would like to find something that`ll teach me the actual paper work that i would have to do with an actual customer who buys a house from an agent. I have heard that the Real Estate classes teach you nothing about the paperwork, and all it teaches is the Laws..but i`m not sure that is true.

No company teaches you how to fill in the forms until after you have your license. Then you can take classes for that.

Check with a reputable real estate school in your area regarding online coursework. Each state has their own specific laws that you will need in order to pass the state portion of the real estate exam; in addition to the national portion.

The education in the paperwork, is generally reviewed with the brokerage that you work with after securing your license.

The paperwork part is learned when you sign on with a broker. many offices have trainers that do this. Need a license first.
