EDUCATION TAX CREDIT, can I include the spending I did for internet cost becuse of online courses?

You can deduct part of the Internet expenses as education. If you spend 2 hours per day on just Internet for school divide the day by 18 hours or you can deduct 1/9th of the expense.

Additionally, you can deduct the cost of the computer over 3 years.

no you can not include the cost of an internet connection as an educational expense.This is due to the fact that you have access to the internet for other purposes. surfing, chatting, etc.
