I'm not sure of any online colleges or trade schools that are legit to offer assistance in these categories. I do know however if you can already speak any of these languages that you can take the proficiency tests on the links below. If you want to be a translator, you do not have to have a degree, rather you need to proof of a level of proficiency. Many translation agencies have their own tests also that you can take for free - or a small charge. As for photography, I know of a few people that have worked for photography studios and have gotten a reputation from the work - which got them work in the future. I have also heard of places such as kmart, walmart, Photo People and etc that hire entry level photographers (no experience) and train them. By doing it through a national chain, you can get free training while you are getting paid. Then you can go from there and get a better job in the future if you chose to do so. Good Luck with the choices!
