No. EMT training is by necessity, a hands-on course. You might be able to learn the procedures and background info through self study, but no one can teach you how to properly backboard someone, clear an airway, or splint solely through online instruction.
Any course that offers a completely online format will not be accepted by the licensing agencies, thus is meaningless. I couldn't find any courses that offer the written portion online, but require you to come in for the practical portion. Most all EMT courses are offered in a traditional format at local community colleges.
The EMT-Basic course is offered at most community colleges. If time is of the issue, you can find 14 day intensive programs that you fly to and stay there for two weeks while you complete the course. Personally, I doubt the ability of the average person to absorb that much information in such a short amount of time, but it is an option. Most regular EMT-Basic classes are pretty flexible (some nights only, some weekends only, some one day a week, some 5 days a week for just one month).
If you do an internet search for "Online EMT-Basic Classes" you will get a lot of hits, but all the ones I checked on were for already certified EMT's looking for some continuing education credits.
