Vaccines: Aside from MMR, what are your thoughts about the other vaccines out there for kids?

If there is nothing negative you've found, fine. I'd be curious to hear that too. I'm just doing some research online now, prior to a pediatrician visit, and figured as part of the research to post something here, to see what people have to say. Don't bother with MMR - I've found out enough about this vaccine already.
And please don't parrot the CDC site. I'm more interested in hearing individual accounts, as well as web resources w/o pharmeseutical ties (unlike the CDC)

I'm nervous about them all! My son has all of his vaccinations, but he is a child who was developing normally until 1 1/2 years of age, and then developed symptoms of autism. He regressed and so we had to start over again in terms of speech and communication. So I'm not really sure! Its kinda scary, but at the same time, its scary to not allow the vaccinations as well.
I would only get what is required in order to go to public schools. Children need to build a natural resistance to things.
