Answer:
Well, you have to change the parameters like freeq, symbol rate and polar in your set top box as given below.
Freeq Symbolrate Pol
1, 10990 27500 V
2, 11070 27500 V
3, 11150 27500 V
4, 11490 27500 V
5, 11570 27500 V
After feeding this values press ok, then you have to change the direction of the dish from 95 deg east to 93.5 deg east, if you are using it for NSS-6 just, turn the dish little rightwards while standing behind the dish. Then you should get the signal from INSAT-4B.
