Before I can answer this question, let's replace "Do" with "Does" and the question will be "Does MiTV have the good channels?" Much better now. Well, it totally depends on the viewers and although the cost of subscribing to MiTV is much lower than that of Astro, it's impossible for MiTV to beat Astro when it comes to best channels. Dude, don't worry. If you're about to subscribe to Astro instead, start with the cheapest package first. Anyway, it's up to you to decide whether Astro or MiTV's the best cable operator in Malaysia.
The last i checked, MITV no longer offers their pay TV service. I think they recognise that in this industry, content is king and they don't have the premium content which has been sucked up and locked up by monopolist Astro.
Even Mega TV in the good old days, couldn't hack it and waved the white flag in 2001, having been beaten soundly by Astro.
