Question:
I just got a Vizio VX32L and i hook it up and flip through the channels. ( i have regular comcast cable) and i flipped past the cable channel limit for my area (67) and then i got to a channel number 71-2 it was discovery HD i new we didnt get that channel on any other of our regular tubed tv's then as i flip i see more and more channels labeled differently (for example 77-8 or 102-4) as i notice some of the channels are the same thing but twice ( for example i saw MTV regular cable channel 58 and another MTV showing the same show and episode except some weord channel 73-11) what is up with it. also these extra channels look like a better picture quality except it says it is still broadcasted in 480i SD.i dont understand... THANX
Those are in HD,,,, (",)
I don't think you should be concerned about this (The cable company might, but you needn't). You can just manually remove the low-def channels and use the hi-def duplicates instead... Or you could just leave it the way it is
