Question:
I recently bought the PCTV HD stick and the picture for the digital TV channels come in upside down. All analog channels are coming in right side up, but not the digital ones.
I have tried all the solutions posted on the Pinnacle self help site, and have never been able to get through to their live chat support so I have not been able to resolve the issue.
Any ideas as to what I can do to resolve this problem?
Turn the monitor 180 degrees. Done! :-)
That's a bug in the hardware or software. You'll have to resolve this with the manufacturer or return the product.
