Everytime I try to access the on demand channels, either HD (750) or normal (1). It says "preparing on-demand content" and counts 1 to 5, then stops. it says F.Y.I fatal error; error code 2213. I have no idea what this means and can't find anything abuot it ANYWHERE.

the error code is with the companies headend. all you need to do is unplug your convertor for 20 secs and then plug it back in and leave the power off until the time comes back on your box... that will reset your box and request a new signal from your provider- cox cable uses most boxes by scientific atlantic- i work for time warner cable in Rochester, NY- same equipment codes.
