Which 40" and below lcd display best at NON HD content like the local channel, dvd that full display no black box.
Answer:
Try Panasonic...they're pretty good at Low Def picture quality.
non hd images looks like crap on a hdtv because the coding on the hdtv with the sdtv is diffrent.
singals under 480p is no good.
the very high end companis like sony, sharp, panasonic, philips, toshiba is prtty good with SD.
