Once again help needed with my computer setup?
Question:
*Antec p180 performance case (three fans included)
*EVGA nForce 680i SLI NVIDIA Socket 775
*OCZ Dual Channel 2048MB PC8500 DDR2 1066MHz Nvidia SLI-Ready EPP Memory (2 x 1024MB)
*intel core 2 duo e6700
*OCZ gamexstream 700w power supply
*Lite-On Lightscribe DVD Burner
*Maxtor 200gb 7200rpm ATA-100 HD
*xp pro
NEW SETUP everything but the processor and HD:
*instead of E6700 i got a E6850 Core 2 Duo
*and the HD i got a ATA-300 500gb
i will be oc'ing this computer in the future once i have some good cooling and the proper video card and such...
now question number one did i made a good move going from E6700 to E6850?
question number two what kind of good video cards can i get for this mobo? im looking into two sli ready together cause thats what the board was made for acording to one of the coments?
question number three: is the setup still pretty good? for $1200
seems like a pretty nice rig i recommend a nvidia 8800 and nothing less for a rig like this and the processor i would of just sticked with the e6700 and overclocked it but still pretty cool set up
