Wi this type of antenna work on a regular television.?
Question:
Answer:
I realize you are probably in an area that does not provide cable, and you do not want to pay for satellite. It should be able to pick up very high frequencies and ultra high frequencies (UHF/VHF) since most do. HDTV means it will pick up any channel in hi def. It will work with any television with a coaxial cable input.
get cable dummy
Hey i know this sounds weird but put a potato on your antenna, it really works
Yes it should work, but I would install an antenna bouster with the antenna.
yes you will but you will only be able to pick up uhf and hdtv channels which uses uhf signals.you most likely wont be able to pick up vhf channels.uhf antennas are not designed to pick up channels 2 through13.
If it can pick up vhf signals(channels 2-13) it should work fine. To be on the safe side ask about their exchange policy, just in case it does not. But I believe it should work fine.
TV antenna reception is too unpredictable to answer that question. Are you sure you only receive UHF, channels 14 through 69? If so, that antena would probably work but many things affect reception, buildings, trees, frequency of channel you're trying to receive etc. If you also have VHF channels 2 through 13 then you need a different antenna.
Don't get any antenna until you check http://antennaweb.org to see what you need. You enter your home address and the site provides you with a list of all stations in your area, how far and in what direction they are. It also recommends the kind of antenna you need.
