Operating system: Windows vista home premium
Memory: 2GB Dual Channel DDR2 SDRAM at 667MHz- 2DIMMs
Hard Drive: 320GB Serial ATA Hard Drive (7200RPM) w/DataBurst Cache™
Optical Drive: Dual Drives: 48X CDRW/DVD COMBO Drive + 16X DVD+/-RW Drive
Video Card: 256MB NVIDIA GeForce 8600GT-DDR3
Sound: Integrated Sound Blaster®Audigy™ HD Software Edition
Speakers: Dell WL6000 5.1 Wireless Surround Speaker with Subwoofer
You bet it is! That is a very, very nice setup. :)
you asked this why?DUH!
for gaming, the processor is way too wimpy, bump it up a lot. I would run the 8600GTS if they have it available and, if you want to speed it up, add a WD Raptor drive at 10,000RPM as the boot drive and use the 320GB as your data drive. the difference between 320GB and 500GB drives are only a few bucks. well, maybe not from Dell but when you actually buy the drives, so I would probably bump that up since 500GB drives are under 100 bucks.
If this computer didn't work , I'll chose the higher building and throw my self from the roof !!!
your PC is AMAZING man !
