i have a 57inch HD tv the other nite i went to turn it on and noticed instead of havin one channel number it has 2 like for instine i turn to channel 2 it will have one 2 then one in the top both in diff color one will be in green the other 2 will be in blue my whole screen is kinda blue and yello i dont know whats the problem i took the screen off and all bulbs seem to be on

The best answer for you is to go directly to the source. Try typing "Toshiba.com". Or better yet, look at your owners manual if you have it, and it will give you a 1-800 number to call. When you get them, wait for the recording to say "technical help". Punch in that number, and, although you may wait awhile, you'll talk to an expert who can give you the help you need.
What you have is a classic case of convergence failure. Probably one of the STK hybrid ICs that send the convergence correction signal to the "bulbs". Very common failure. There's nothing you can do... except call an experienced pro.
