Quantitiy, Quality, or Affordability?

Question:
DirecTV is being sued for overcompression of their HDTV signals, not providing HD quality on their HD services as promoted. The problem is bandwidth and relates to both High Def and Standard Def. over satellite or digital cable.

Would you rather have a better quality picture, more channels, or raise the price so that DirecTV can launch another satellite?

Answer:
Personally, I think digital signal is clear enough. HDTV is wasted on a small screen TV. Big screens of 36" to say 44" show some difference in quality, but until you get into 50" and up your not going to notice much difference in the quality sitting across the room.
