If you want the 2nd picture to be also from the satellite feed, you have to have 2 line service from your provider, and also your set top box supports it. You need 2 tuners basically.
You can however, just use the antenna feed for the 2nd image.
run the sat through your vcr and use the vcr as the second tuner
