you cannot do that because there is no video card
Basic answer is you can't. I digital TV card is not that expensive or you might even be able to plumb a digital picture through and analogue card (have only tried it with a DVD player)
Video cards really only video out so you need something which has video in. Sorry but you are going to have to put your hand in your pocket.
Try ebuyer, dabs.com, or aria.co.uk and see if there is anything in your price bracket.
There are ways to connect your DISH box to your computer, but they aren't digital quality. You'll need a Media Centre computer or a special videocard with S-Video in, most likely.
